Saipan Computer Services (SCS) is a computer retail and service corporation established and registered in 1987 on Saipan, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). Over the past 22 years, Saipan Computer Services has ably followed the global trends for computing, changing the products, services and expertise as they become relevant and applicable to the local context, especially in the field of the IBM Personal Computer (PC) realm. We believe our commitment to the local computer industry and our concentration in this part of the world affords us a better grasp of the practical needs and demands of the market that would otherwise be trivialized by an entity with a broader market or by one without a firm local presence. Aside from our very healthy relationships with our industrial suppliers, we have a preference for maintaining suppliers who will provide further assistance down the line. We are aware of limitations brought about by the distance between the CNMI and the Continental US and do realize the benefit of vertical support from the manufacturer all the way down to the end user.

Our primary function, on a general level, is to try to the best of our abilities to address the local computing needs and concerns of the Northern Mariana Islands. Our procurement concerns itself with offering reasonable computer systems and components that bring a balance of affordability and usability geared towards the local market. Our technical and service departments strive to serve as both a reliable reference for our field of endeavor as well as a consistent fallback in case of inevitable equipment failure. Aside from providing the essential back-office duties necessary in any commercial concern, our support staff, also readily pitch in to the best of their abilities and contribute towards our thrust of customer support and satisfaction.

Our motto "Service beyond the sale..." best embodies the main thrust of this company. SCS takes pride in amongst other things, in its personnel, customer base diversity, technical proficiency and inventory range and assortment. Over and above these, however, this vendor takes most pride in its service record to its customers and the CNMI.

Our outlet location

The present site of the retail outlet and office of our company is on the ground floor of Building 250, beside Marianas Eye Institute, across the 13 Fisherman Memorial along Beach Road, South Garapan on the island of Saipan. All the operations of our organization are centered and conducted at this site.
